Loudoun County CPS – Decades behind the research
Laurie Warhol and Sandra Glenney, the ring leaders of Loudoun County Child Protective Services, are woefully behind the research as false accusations are concerned. They ascribe to the “Believe the Children” mantra. The mantra dictates that when children say they’ve been abused they are to be believed, however when children say nothing happened they are not to be believed.
There has been so much research to refute this, sadly it has fallen upon deaf ears as far as Warhol and Glenney are concerned; they don’t know any of the research nor do any child protection workers. They more than likely have never read the research. Thankfully, we have modern technology to overcome such ignorance. I am glad to provide links to 2 excellent podcasts Uncover and Conviction.

Both podcasts discuss the kickoff of the panic of the 80’s and 90’s, the professionals who perpetuated it and the tactics involved. Important to note, the mental health played a huge role in the sequence of events. Also discussed is the research that debunks that period of time.
Last not least, you will hear from the children who made false accusations and why. They were under immense pressure to accuse adults by social workers and therapists.

Sandra Glenney – Maret School Investigation
Sandra Glenney, the woeful Assistant County Attorney in Loudoun County, is an example of incompetence. The recent revelation of the Maret School Investigation reveals this. She was notified . Footnote 37 of the report says it all, Glenney took no action. She is the alleged defender of children, the protector of families. What non-sense she is a failed attorney who has to work on a Government Job.
“In 2017, the School reported to DC CFSA that Legg was working at a
high school in Loudoun County, Virginia, but was told that Loudoun County Child Protective Services would not open an investigation regarding abuse that occurred outside of Loudoun County. The School then reported to the Loudoun County Attorney’s Office and asked that they contact the high school where Legg was teaching, to notify them directly of the reports received”” An Assistant County Attorney for Loudoun County had suggested to the School that the victims themselves be encouraged to contact Rock Ridge High School, where Legg was teaching.”
The same goes for Laurie Warhol, she also failed to act. Again Laurie Warhol. the alleged protector of children, failed to act. She failed to simply pick up the phone and call the local school in Loudoun. They are both abysmal.

The field of Mental Health, a field which Sandra Glenney depends on heavily, does not carry the level of respectability as other medical professions. The attached article describes the concerns of the field of psychiatry as a whole. So much that the number of students entering the field was decreasing. As you can you from a snippet of the article, the validity of the field is in question.
Some psychiatrists conclude that the decade-long plunge in interest that led to the current situation reflects a disillusionment on the part of medical students over the scientific validity and practical effectiveness of the discipline. They also point to student dissatisfaction with a prospective income that has become relatively low in comparison to that of other physicians.

An interview with Ray Buckey concerning the McMartin scandal. It is worth a read to learn how CPS got here. The McMartin scandal introduced many bizarre theories that enabled the case to go forward. Mr. Bucky can attest to the incompetence of Child Protective Services.
Loudoun CPS – Do they suffer from groupthink?
Groupthink – “Groupthink occurs when a group of well-intentioned people make irrational or non-optimal decisions that are spurred by the urge to conform or the discouragement of dissent.” When a team is operating in groupthink mode, it’ll shut down debate or alternative viewpoints.
It is known that Laurie Warhol and Sandra Glenney express religious affiliation. In my opinion religious folk are prone to groupthink. More than likely Sandra Glenney is the chief manipulator within the Loudoun County Child Protective Services Community. She does it behind the mantra of “best interests of the child“. It is not to far fetched to believe that any disagreement with Glenney could jeopardize your job. Therefore , even if a caseworker feels no abuse occurred, Glenney will not have any of it. The same applies to the psychologists that is employed by Glenney, they understand what there paid to do. There job is to find abuse.
Overall, Loudoun County is extensively a rural county and within a rural county science, studies and peer reviewed journals take time to penetrate the shield of ignorance that envelopes the county. Sandra Glenney is an advocate for the shield of ignorance to stay in place. Her salary depends upon that ignorance, her credibility depends upon that ignorance ; she will fight to keep that ignorance in place.
