During a CPS investigation, if you can call it that, there are fundamental steps that must be taken. Most importantly, get all treatment notes for your child. You want to investigate how the alleged therapy is being conducted. It is conducted in one way , to produce a disclosure. This is the only goal.

As you can see it is complete gibberish from an alcoholic with mental problems who eventually drank herself to death. The whole McMartin began with statements made by Judy Johnson. Hard to believe but it true . California wasted $15 million dollars on the trials without a single conviction.

Chances are the accusing parent in your case will suffer from emotional problems and maybe mental issues. You want to capture all the statements that the accusing parent has made to the authorities.
