The attached file is the very recent San Antonio Four ruling, in which a Texas Court declared them innocent. The ruling is a very informative . It gets to the heart of false accusations, a vindictive parent who has an ax to grind. It also includes junk science and the ramifications of it.

Reading the ruling , it illustrates how pathetically behind the Court System is in Loudoun County.  The rulings notes the importance of recanting in false accusation cases. Give credit to the Texas Court for acknowledging the importance of recantations and junk science.

Loudoun CPS and Sandra Glenney are woefully behind in all facets of the latest research.  The track record of false accusations throughout the Country has made it abundantly clear that false accusations occur in large numbers and the Courts typically do not know how to deal with them.
