It is no coincidence that the local Child Protective Service Agencies keep scoring miserably when an independent  investigation is performed.  There is a reason for this, there is no oversight from the State until something goes astray, such as in Shenandoah Valley where voicemails  were being deleted.  Keep in mind voicemails that pertain to possible child abuse.

Statewide Child Protective Services is in disarray simply because there is no oversight. Such as in the case of Loudoun, Loudoun will not investigate itself nor can the Loudoun County be trusted to.

The attached report details a caseload ration that cannot be maintained. It also details incompetency at all levels , just like we have in Loudoun County.
