Article from the New York Times concerning the McMartin case acquittal. McMartin is an important case in that it started the influx of false prosecutions.  The article mentions the interviews of the children and how leading they were.

”overzealous prosecutor, Ms, Rubin, and a ”cottage industry” of child-abuse psychologists were responsible for bringing unsupported charges”. It perfectly describes Sandra Glenney.

As mentioned before, Loudoun CPS suffers from the same issues. Under the guidance of Sandra Glenney,, little change can be expected.

• Capping a seven-month investigation, the grand jury said the county Department of Social Services has developed a ”mind-set” that abuse and neglect are everywhere, a powerful bias that too frequently tears families apart unnecessarily rather than working to keep families together whenever possible.
• The current system, ”characterized as it is by confidential files, closed courts, gag orders and statutory immunity, has isolated itself to a degree unprecedented in our system of jurisprudence and ordered liberties,” the grand jury said. In addition, the system resists external criticism as ”inappropriate,” the panel said..
• That investigation is currently done by a social worker, who ”rarely tries to find information favorable or evidence (that exonerates) parents,” the panel said.

Excellent article written on the lessons learned from the Satan Panic of the 80’s. Child Protective Services and their psychologists who created  the Satanic Panic. Keep in mind, Loudoun CPS and Sandra Glenney will not be aware of these cases. Perhaps , even more disturbing they know and believe the Satanic Panic .
