Excellent video hosted by Mile Wallace, that covers the more high profile cases of the 80’s and 90’s. It also cover the prevailing theories within the mental health community at the time enabled the prosecution innocent people. Again, to repeat , Loudoun CPS and Sandra Glenney will have no knowledge of these cases or the Appellate Court decisions which freed them.
One very typical aspect of a false accusation case is the overwhelming use of hearsay testimony. It comes in the shape of the testimony of the CPS and Sandra Glenney chosen psychologist. The psychologist will testify to what your child allegedly said in therapy. However prior to this, this same professional, a perfect example of this is Dr. Mary Lindahl, will testify that your child will be to traumatized to be present in Court, This results in the inability of you and your attorney to question your child. This is by design, completely by design. Sandra Glenney wants the psychologist to be the filter to be heard in Court.

During a CPS investigation, if you can call it that, there are fundamental steps that must be taken. Most importantly, get all treatment notes for your child. You want to investigate how the alleged therapy is being conducted. It is conducted in one way , to produce a disclosure. This is the only goal.
Also it is equally important to obtain all the statements that the accusing parent has made to various professionals. The attached documents are just a sample of statements that Judy Johnson(original accusing parent in the McMartin Scandal made to the authorities. A sample is below

”Billy was hurt by a Lion”,
As you can see it is complete gibberish from an alcoholic with mental problems who eventually drank herself to death. The whole McMartin began with statements made by Judy Johnson. Hard to believe but it true . California wasted $15 million dollars on the trials without a single conviction.
Chances are the accusing parent in your case will suffer from emotional problems and maybe mental issues. You want to capture all the statements that the accusing parent has made to the authorities. Your attorney needs to present to the Court that the accusing parent is extremely mentally unstable and not to be believed.
Generally speaking, defeating Sandra Glenney in court should be somewhat simple. Glenney doesn.t any of the research. The San Diego Grand Jury Report is an excellent written piece on the issues of sexual abuse accusations. Incredibly it was written in the early 90’s, as you read it you will begin to see that Loudoun CPS is archaic. The issues described in the article exists today within Loudoun CPS.
The following video , “In the Name of Satan”, discusses the subject of Satanic Ritual Abuse and Multiple Personality Disorder, you can’t separate the two. Oh yes, Sandra Glenney is connected this subject as well through Dr. Joyanna Silberg who is a proponent of Multiple Personality Disorder. No serious mental health professional supports MPD , no serious attorney uses an expert who supports the theory. SIlberg supports it and Glenney considers Silberg a very competent therapist. So you can come to your own conclusion about Sandra Glenney and her experts.

The attached file is the very recent San Antonio Four ruling, in which a Texas Court declared them innocent. The ruling is a very informative . It gets to the heart of false accusations, a vindictive parent who has an ax to grind. It also includes junk science and the ramifications of it.
Reading the ruling , it illustrates how pathetically behind the Court System is in Loudoun County. The rulings notes the importance of recanting in false accusation cases. Give credit to the Texas Court for acknowledging the importance of recantations and junk science.
Loudoun CPS and Sandra Glenney are woefully behind in all facets of the latest research. The track record of false accusations throughout the Country has made it abundantly clear that false accusations occur in large numbers and the Courts typically do not know how to deal with them.
