Loudoun CPS – Sandra Glenney doesn’t know the research

Generally speaking, defeating Sandra Glenney in court should be somewhat simple. Glenney doesn.t  any of the research.  The case of Margaret Kelly Michaels exemplifies what is wrong with the Child Protective Service industry and it is an industry. The following link does a great job of describing the case, it is actually a judicial ruling.  The following is a critical statement from the ruling:

The use of incessantly repeated questions also adds a manipulative element to an interview.  When a child is asked a question and gives an answer, and the question is immediately asked again, the child’s normal reaction is to assume that the first answer was wrong or displeasing to the adult questioner.  See Debra A. Poole and Lawrence T. White, Effects of Question Repetition on Eyewitness Testimony of Children and Adults, 27 Developmental Psychology, November (1991) at 975.  The insidious effects of repeated questioning are even more pronounced when the questions themselves over time suggest information to the children.  Goodman and Helgeson, supra, 40 U.Miami L.Rev. at 184-187. “

Sandra Glenney through her social workers and her phycologist  will continually question your child until a disclosure is made.  This statement is accurate , very accurate “When a child is asked a question and gives an answer, and the question is immediately asked again, the child’s normal reaction is to assume that the first answer was wrong or displeasing to the adult questioner”. The social worker involved in your case will not know the research, Glenney will not know the research and most assuredly Glenney’s chosen psychologist may know but will ignore the research.

If your child denies anything happened they will be harassed and harangued until they produce a disclosure. Therefore your attorney needs to keep track of every single time your child was spoken to by the accusing parent, Sandra Glenney , the social worker and the psychologist. I will stress again the upmost importance of getting the psychologists treatment notes, Dr Lindhahl is the poster child for this.

It is a kangaroo Court when Sandra Glenney is involved, she will take shortcuts during a case. Your attorney needs to know the research and be aggressive. Aggressive being getting all the notes from the treating therapist, knowing the research and the history of the previous cases.
