When it comes down to it, Laurie Warhol and Sandra Glenney are simply not equipped to be in their position.  They are allegedly the gatekeepers for Loudoun County Child Protective Services, which is a travesty. Any document that originates from their desk and email written by either person should be disregarded.

Glenney is a case study in incompetence, she more than likely is unable to find employment in other area.  She maybe just hanging on to her position  just to retirement.  She does not understand how trials work, she doesn’t understand how research works and she really doesn’t understand the law.

Warhol will defend her department no matter what.  Benjamin Smith , noted liar , proven and documented managed to hold his position until his actions were brought to the State Board.

They both are examples of incompetence.
