They went far beyond anything we could do ethically as researchers.”

I hope it is apparent to the reader by now , that Child Protective Services in Loudoun County is not without issues- severe issues. The most troubling issue is their inability or rather resistance to disclosing all exculpatory evidence. There are so many issues with this organization that it is difficult to narrow it down to just one. For this blog we will focus on the inability to disclose all evidence.
I will refer the reader and recommend to the reader the following book “With Hunt” by Ms. Kathyrn Lyon. If you really want to know how low Child Protective Services can lower go, this is the book. It reveals kids who are questioned repeatedly until they “disclose”. You have to realize that disclosure is the ultimate goal of a Child Protective Service investigation. You have to get this book, to look inside the incompetent minds of social workers. You will see that disclosures are sought not the truth.
An excellent and I would say required reading to guide and instruct you is the above book.“Politics of Child Abuse” written by Paul and Shirley Eberle The authors are the real deal, they were in the courtroom during the McMartin Scandal; they witnessed the debacle. The book will inform you on the type of expert witnesses that you can expect to be called during your case.
If you want to know and observe the type of psychologist that Sandra Glenney uses , this video does a adequate job of displaying this. As mentioned before Sandra Glenney utilizes mental health professionals who are members of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD).

The McMartin Case occurred in the 80’s and set the blueprint for how cases would be handled going forward. The strategy of CPS is identical to that of the prosecutors in the MacMartin case.
In the world of Loudoun CPS , the initial accusation is the kick starter for their campaign. This is the way that CPS in Loudoun operates, once the accusation is made the following will take place, all without your knowledge. Your child will be interviewed by incompetent investigators from Loudoun CPS and the Loudoun’ Sheriff’s department, again all without your knowledge. These interviewers have a definite agenda and bias. This interview will be taped, or it should be taped. Authorities are hesitant to videotape interviews now due to high profile cases such as the McMartin Scandal and Little Rascals Case. I strongly, very strongly encourage you to educate yourself concerning the McMartin Scandal, Kee McFarlane and Dr. Roland Summit. If you study the McMartin Scandal and its key participants , you will gain a critical understanding of how a CPS agency operate.
